This entitles those Shareholders with 3000 Countrywide shares or more to obtain a 5% discount on any retail product purchased in any Countrywide Country Store. Participation is a strong principle which underpins Share plc. There is a significant mutual benefit to be gained from creating an environment in which there is a significant overlap between customers, shareholders and employees, resulting in a virtuous alignment of interests which benefits all.

To that end, from July 2012 Share plc offers an enhanced the shareholder benefit so that holders of 500 or more Share plc shares will enjoy a 30% discount on all deals transacted online through their accounts with The Share Centre. This reduces their minimum dealing commission to £5.25, one of the lowest rates in the market.
