Service for intermediaries

Primary Fundraising opportunities on Sharemark are open to all approved UK and FSA authorised stockbrokers, VCT and Fund Managers as well as to retail investors nationwide. 

Registering with Sharemark allows intermediaries to access documentation for all new market fundraisings and by becoming an 'Approved Intermediary' firms may subscribe to an Offer on behalf of their own clients or the funds which they manage.
