Suitable companies
Sharemark's Primary Fundraising service is open to UK incorporated smaller companies across all industry sectors.
Companies particularly suited to the service will be established businesses that have been trading for 3 years or more and that wish to expand their shareholder base through investment by UK retail investors.
Both current and previously admitted AIM and PLUS Markets companies can also use Sharemark to complete secondary fundraisings and/or benefit from a dual trading.
