Sharemark is operated by The Share Centre which is a member firm of the London Stock Exchange and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
Sharemark is not a Recognised Investment Exchange or a Recognised Clearing House within the meaning of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive. Sharemark is a Multilateral Trading Facility and you will be placing orders on Sharemark in its capacity as an execution venue.
