Our service

If you have a client who wants to trade in a Sharemark investment, or participate in a fundraising, you need to register as an 'Approved Sharemark Intermediary'. This is a simple process to complete and comes at no cost, although you should allow at least 2 working days to register before placing a deal.

As an intermediary, you will not be charged to transact business on Sharemark, nor to participate in a fundraising. Once approved you will be provided with a credit limit for use in the secondary market. Where you wish to sell certificated stock, we will require the certificate prior to auction.

If you have any questions about this, contact the Sharemark team on 01296 439 435.

Once registered you will be provided with a Customer Reference and Account Number which can be used by your dealers to place trades on Sharemark's secondary market or to apply for a fundraising. Your firm will also be added to the list of approved Sharemark intermediaries.
