Costs

Sharemark offers a cost effective alternative to trading on other markets. As the market does not require companies to retain the services of a corporate adviser following an admission, the ongoing costs of trading on the market are comparatively low.

Primary Fundraising costs
  • £2450 +VAT application fee
  • £99,000 fundraising administration fee including Sponsor, Legal and Receiving Agent fees and admission to Sharemark
  • 5% commission on funds raised
Accountancy and additional legal services, where required, will be charged separately.

Secondary Market costs
  • £1950 +VATadmission fee
  • £1250 +VAT quarterly administration charge

Ongoing Sharemark services include:

  • All share auctions and settlement via The Share Centre;
  • A dedicated area of the Sharemark website;
  • Posting of all announcements and financial updates;
  • Assistance with investor relations.
