Sharemark offers a cost effective alternative to trading on other markets. As the market does not require companies to retain the services of a corporate adviser following an admission, the ongoing costs of trading on the market are comparatively low.
Primary Fundraising costs- £2450 +VAT application fee
- £99,000 fundraising administration fee including Sponsor, Legal and Receiving Agent fees and admission to Sharemark
- 5% commission on funds raised
Secondary Market costs
- £1950 +VATadmission fee
- £1250 +VAT quarterly administration charge
Ongoing Sharemark services include:
- All share auctions and settlement via The Share Centre;
- A dedicated area of the Sharemark website;
- Posting of all announcements and financial updates;
- Assistance with investor relations.
