Sharemark is a stock market. We provide companies with a market through which their shares or loan stock can be traded.

We offer three different types of market:

  • Closed market - trading is restricted to a defined audience, i.e. existing shareholders, employees or the local community. You define who you want to restrict trading to and we will work with you to ensure the restriction works.
  • Monitored market - anyone can enter an order to buy or sell, but the company retains the right to prevent a transfer.
  • Open market - anyone can buy or sell shares, without any of the restrictions above.

We can also design tailored solutions to fit company and shareholder requirements.
