Apply to the Primary Fundraising service

Sharemark is offering companies the opportunity to apply to raise capital via our Primary Fundraising service.

For an initial fee of just £2450 +VAT, applicants' viability will be considered and companies will be provided with feedback as to whether they are in a suitable position to offer shares to the retail public. Successful applicants will then move forward to the due diligence stage of the fundraising process culminating in the preparation of an Admission Document for publication to potential investors. 

Simply download the application form and attached directors' declaration form as indicated below and return these with the application fee to the following address. (Please note that one directors' declaration form is required per member of the Board.)  For more information with regards to the criteria for this service please read the Sharemark Code of Practice.
