After graduating from The University of Birmingham with a degree in European Studies (Politics & Modern Languages), Sophie started her career as a Sales Executive at Aspex Semiconductor.
Sophie joined Sharemark in 2006 as Business Development Executive then taking on the role of Relationship Manager in 2008, before becoming Manager of Sharemark in April 2009. Sophie is responsible for the day to day operation of Sharemark.

- Nikki Beale
- Operations Assistant
After graduating from the University of North London with a degree in International Hotel & Catering Management, Nikki started her career as a Hospitality Manager.
She then moved into Customer Services roles within the Financial Services Industry before joining The Share Centre Dealing Team in 2006. Nikki joined Sharemark in 2008 and is responsible for day to day administration of the market.

- Iain Wallace

Iain brings his experience as a private client stockbroker, and latterly a regulator with the Securities and Futures Authority and the Financial Services Authority, to bear directly on maintaining a strong compliance culture that delivers clear, fair and effective services for our customers.
He maintains oversight of the Sharemark and Sharefunds services for corporate clients, as well as The Share Centre’s advice service, compliance, legal and HR functions. During 2007 Iain completed a Masters Degree in Financial Services Law (LLM) with Distinction.

- Richard Tolkien
- Chairman
Richard started his career at HM Treasury, before spending 15 years at Morgan Grenfell, where he was Managing Director from 1997 to 2002.
Richard was joint Head of the Corporate Finance and Advisory division of HSBC. In 2005 he was appointed Managing Director of RBC Capital Markets. Richard was appointed Sharemark Chairman in 2003.
